The sixth Conference of the International Society for Atmospheric Research using Remotely-piloted Aircraft takes place in Boulder, Colorado, from 9th - 12th of July 2018. Thereby, the Meteodrones, which were specifically developed for meteorological measurements up to 2 kilometres above ground, take up an absolutely exceptional position among the presented aircrafts. Besides last years Meteodrone-projects, such as the DETAF week at Zurich Airport, Meteomatics CTO Christian Schluchter presents the latest altitude record flights with take-off from Swiss mountain Jungfraujoch, as well as new measurement parameters, for example the vertical wind speed.
