Meteomatics Meteodrone solutions include our industry-leading Meteodrone weather-profiling UAS and the Meteobase, a remotely operated drone-in-a-box solution that enables autonomous missions with the Meteodrone. The Meteodrone is capable of flights up to 6,000 meters (20,000 feet) in altitude and can withstand strong winds and icy conditions. The Meteodrone is the perfect tool to collect highly precise meteorological data from the mid and lower atmosphere. These detailed vertical profiles of the atmosphere close an important data gap when it comes to the forecasting of local weather patterns.
