Dashboard Features
Tags
Tags can now be added to dashboard to facilitate filtering and finding desired dashboards.
By clicking on the "+" icon underneath the dashboard search a new tag can be created, this tag can then be renamed.
These tags can then be assigned to dashboards by clicking on the 3 dots menu.
After a tag is assigned clicking on the tag in the tag menu underneath the dashboard search will filter your dashboard list to only show those with the respective tag assigned.
Pinning Dashboards
Dashboards can also be pinned to the top of your list by selecting the "pin" icon that appears when hovering over a dashboard card.
Clicking on the "pin" icon will then move the dashboard to the top of your list, this can be especially helpful when a user has many dashboards available but some that are frequently visited.
3 Dots Menu
The 3 dots menu offers several different options.
These include:
- Renaming
- Duplicating
- Managing tags
- Deleting
Dashboard Sidebar Navigation
Once inside your dashboard, you can now access your dashboards and their respective tags instantly.
Either move your cursor to the far left side of your screen or click on the "open sidebar" button on the top left of the screen.
Once the sidebar is open you have access to your other dashboards and and can quickly select another dashboard to open and even the exact tab you wish to view. Sorting, pinning, and tagging settings can also be used or edited.
The currently selected dashboard will be shown by a darker outline.
